These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Ember Travel Co.’s website, forms, Reservation Requests, and review submissions, as well as any travel-related services we provide. By submitting any form, requesting services, or otherwise engaging with Ember Travel Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not submit forms or use our services.

1. Use of Forms and Services

By submitting a Reservation Request, review, or communication through any Ember Travel Co. form, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Not submit fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or harmful content
• Communicate respectfully and in good faith

Ember Travel Co. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if false, inappropriate, abusive, or misleading information is submitted or if conduct interferes with our ability to provide services.

2. Role of Ember Travel Co.

Ember Travel Co. acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and activity vendors (“Suppliers”).

We do not own, operate, manage, or control any Supplier services. All travel components are provided by Suppliers and are subject to their individual terms, conditions, rules, and policies.

3. Accuracy of Information Provided by Client

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided—including but not limited to:

• Full legal names
• Passport and identification details
